Located in Canyon Plaza, off Sahara between Cimarron and Buffalo. Our solo office is in building 7965, located within Scalp Prodigy. An access code is required to enter the building.

We typically operate 8:30a-5p. If you need an appointment outside of those hours, contact us. Our provider may be available for after hours care by phone/telemedicine appointments, and can help to address your needs as well as direct your care to the appropriate venues when needed. 

Mondays are typically designated as administrative days to operate the business. No in office appointments are available on Mondays.

If it is an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If it is urgent, you may call/text the office number provided to you.

If the schedule allows, we may be able to see same day or can"walk-in" appointments in person. Typically we are able to schedule telemedicine appointments same day or within 24 hours.

Life happens and things come up all the time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we just kindly ask that you do so with 24-48 hours notice to avoid a $50 late or no-show charge.

If you are running up to 15 minutes late, we will try to accommodate you but may have to reschedule you if it puts other patients appointments too far behind.

Yes! We primarily do 30 minute consultations, medical initial and follow up consultations, and aesthetic consultations virtually! Most things can be done virtually with the exception of any procedures. Procedures such as pellet insertions or aesthetic procedures require in-person visits.

Your provider is available to you primarily through the patient portal, under the messaging feature. However, the clinic is available via phone call, text, email or video chat. Please select the "Contact" page to reach us.

Yes! There is a patient portal for all medical and aesthetic patients to access, forms, consents, billing, messaging, appointments, documents, and handouts. Contact us to enroll!

The easiest way to schedule an appointment is to fill out online our inquiry form on the contact page.  Our staff will respond to you within 24 hours.

Yes, certainly. While we believe that better access to care and a better relationship with your providers lessens the need for specialty services, we believe it is important to have coverage for complex conditions, procedures, imaging, emergency visits and hospitalizations that would require higher levels of care that could be expensive and can be covered under insurance plans. Plans that work best with our model include catastrophic plans, high deductible plans, and PPO plans and cost-sharing organizations.

Prescription refills are addressed during scheduled appointments. If you are running low on your prescription medication, please call your pharmacy for a refill 1-2 weeks ahead of time. The pharmacy will contact us if the refill needs to be renewed. If you call or text our staff directly, we will direct you to a refill submission form on our website. You should expect to pick it up at your pharmacy within 72 hours of placing your prescription request.

*Note some GLP-1 medications, hormones, and other peptides may take around 2 weeks from time of order to delivery depending on the compounding pharamcy.
