Unlike big clinics, you'll work directly with Nicolette throughout your entire journey. Text her directly with questions, enjoy unhurried appointments, and experience the personalized care you deserve.

Our 6-month transformation programs include all follow-ups, lab work, and ongoing support. Your investment includes everything needed for your complete transformation journey.

To ensure you get the full attention you deserve, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any paperwork. This way, we can dedicate your entire appointment to your care and transformation goals.

Life happens, and we understand! To respect everyone's time and maintain our boutique scheduling, we ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a $50 fee, and frequent no-shows may require prepayment to secure future appointments.

To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, we kindly request that cell phones be turned off or set to silent mode while in the waiting area and treatment rooms.

For safety and to maintain our serene treatment environment, we ask that children be supervised during appointments. Some procedures involve medical instruments that may be distressing for little ones to observe. We appreciate your understanding in keeping our space welcoming for everyone.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.

We're a cash-based, concierge practice focused entirely on your optimal health - not insurance company limitations. For lab work, you can choose our negotiated cash rates or use your insurance (though coverage varies). We don't file insurance claims, giving us the freedom to focus completely on your care. Your health insurance provider however may not fully cover the costs of laboratory tests, or you may have a high deductible that you need to meet before insurance benefits apply. Patients are responsible for verifying insurance coverage and understanding any out-of-pocket expenses prior to lab draws.

Patients may request copies of their medical records. A processing fee may apply. Requests are usually processed within 7-10 business days.

Prescription refills are addressed during scheduled appointments. For refills, please contact your pharmacy 1-2 weeks before running out. They will notify us if your prescription requires renewal. Direct requests to our office may take up to 72 hours to process.

Labs can take 3-10 days for results to be sent to us after your lab draw. The provider then has to interpret the results. Please allow up to 10 days to hear back about your lab test results for any immediate health concerns. Otherwise labs will be discussed during your next appointment. Not all laboratories have the same turnaround time.
